Refunds & Cancellation Policy

TitleClear sells prepaid plans that grant a fixed number of property verifications within a fixed validity period. This page explains when we refund and how to ask.

The short version: if you have not run a verification yet, you can have your money back within 7 days. Once a verification has run, the work is done and the cost is incurred, so it is not refundable — unless the failure was ours.

1. Before you use the plan

If you have purchased a plan but not yet run any verification, email us within 7 days of payment and we will refund it in full and cancel the plan. No reason is required.

2. After a verification has run

Once a verification has been performed, that verification is not refundable. Analysing your documents consumes paid third-party processing at the moment you run it, and the result — including a result you did not like — is the service you bought.

A report that says your documents disagree with each other, or that a check could not be completed from the documents supplied, is a delivered result, not a failure. The scope of what we can and cannot establish is set out before purchase on our terms page.

3. When we refund even after use

4. Expiry and unused searches

Plans run for a fixed period — 30 days on Basic and 90 days on Premium — shown before you pay. Unused verifications expire with the plan and are not refunded or carried over. We do not extend validity for non-use.

5. Cancellation

Plans are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing recurs and there is no auto-renewal, so there is no subscription to cancel — a plan simply ends when its validity expires. You can stop using the service at any time.

6. How to request a refund

Email bojiforever@gmail.com from, or quoting, the mobile number on your account, with the date and amount of the payment and what went wrong. We acknowledge within 2 working days.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment gateway. We initiate within 3 working days of approving; your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further 5–7 working days to credit it. We cannot refund to a different account.
